ABOUT US — STORY & MANIFESTO
We spent years working at mid-sized Spanish companies where HR was the department suffering most with the worst software. Excel, emails, hand-signed sheets. Four tools that didn't talk to each other.
In 2024 we decided to build the platform we never found.
Four principles: 1. One database. Never duplicate. 2. Design that invites use. Not just tolerance. 3. Clear pricing. No asterisks. 4. Customer data. Always the customer's.

It's the difference between a team that grows and one that survives. Our job is to keep the People team from drowning in repetitive operations.

If you leave, you take everything: CSV + PDF, no lock-in. If you stay, we don't train AI on it. If something happens to us, we give it back to you.

Base plan + per-seat + optional add-ons. No surprise charges. If we raise the price, we tell you 60 days in advance.

GDPR, Spanish time-record law, holidays per region, eIDAS. We're not a localised wrapper of an American SaaS.
