By creating your account you accept these terms. They take effect between Daniel García, tax ID 26285514X, sole trader operating Orquiva, and your organisation. If you act on behalf of a company, you warrant authority to bind it.

We charge upfront (monthly or yearly). You can cancel any time from the panel. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Orquiva owns the software and brand. You own your data. The licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited to the contracted period.
Under no circumstances will liability exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months. Does not cover indirect or consequential damages. Keep your own backups.
Spanish law. Courts of Málaga. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights of your country of residence.
