Agreement between Orquiva Software S.L. and your organisation. Version 3.1 · Effective date: 18 May 2026.

Acceptance and parties

By creating your account you accept these terms. They take effect between Orquiva Software S.L. (tax ID B-12345678) and your organisation. If you act on behalf of a company, you warrant authority to bind it.

Service and availability

99.9% SLA for Enterprise customers. Scheduled maintenance with 7-day notice. Incidents at status.orquiva.com.

Billing and cancellation

We charge upfront (monthly or yearly). You can cancel any time from the panel. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Intellectual property

Orquiva owns the software and brand. You own your data. The licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited to the contracted period.

Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances will liability exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months. Does not cover indirect or consequential damages. Keep your own backups.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Spanish law. Courts of Granada. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights of your country of residence.
