OKRs
Visible goals, quarterly progress
Each team declares their 3 quarterly objectives, measurable key results and an owner. Every Monday, the system asks for progress.
OVERVIEW
OKRs is the goals module. Quarterly by default, with hierarchy company → department → team → person. Each KR has a metric, an owner and a weekly check-in. No parallel Notion, no Excel.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
01
Clear visible hierarchy
See your team's OKR and how it fits into the company's. No opacity, no meeting to understand it.
02
30-second weekly check-in
Every Monday the system asks: what changed? Green, amber, red. 30 seconds per KR.
- Slack notification
- Weekly history
- CEO summary
03
Quarterly close with score
At quarter close, each KR closes with its real score (0–100%). The system suggests next quarter's OKRs.
WHAT CHANGES
Q1·Q2·Q3·Q4
Quarterly cycle by default — annual OKRs die by February
- Multi-level hierarchy
- Automatic check-ins
- Per-person score history
- BI-ready API
“OKRs in Notion nobody reviews are private wishes. If the system doesn't ask every Monday how it's going, they're not objectives — they're intentions.”
