Orquiva is a human resources and time-tracking service delivered as software as a service. This notice governs access to the website; use of the service is governed by the Terms of Service.
Intellectual property
The code, design, texts and the Orquiva brand belong to Daniel García, except for third-party software incorporated under its own licences. Accessing the site grants no rights over them.
Liability
We aim to keep the information on this site current and accurate. We accept no liability for damages arising from use of the site or from temporary unavailability due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. Availability commitments for the contracted service are in the Terms of Service.
Data protection
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and processing on behalf of our customers in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Governing law
