Microsoft Teams
Notifications for absences, time-records and documents in your channel
If your org lives on Microsoft 365, Orquiva talks to Teams without OAuth: incoming webhook per channel, set up in minutes.
WHAT IT DOES
Microsoft Teams in Orquiva
Adaptive Cards-formatted alerts
Orquiva publishes clear cards with header, context and links to the action in Orquiva.
One webhook per channel, no OAuth
Paste the webhook URL Teams generates, pick which events you route there, done.
Built-in test endpoint
"Test" button sends a verification card. If you see it, you're live.
WHAT IT DOESN'T DO (YET)
What we admit without dressing up. Need something missing? Tell us and it joins the roadmap.
-
No interactive buttons — Teams incoming webhooks don't support callback actions. For interactive approvals, Slack is the most complete option.
-
No /orqui-style slash commands — that requires a Teams app (Bot Framework), on the roadmap.
-
No automatic user mapping — alerts go to the channel, not to specific people.
SETUP
Three steps, five minutes.
- 1
Create a webhook on your channel
In Teams: channel → Connectors → Incoming Webhook → Configure. Copy the URL.
- 2
Paste it into Orquiva
Settings → Integrations → Microsoft Teams → Connect. Paste the URL and save.
- 3
Select which events to route
Choose between absences, time-records, signatures, expenses. Editable anytime.
