Calendar is one-way Orquiva → Google — events created in Google aren't imported into Orquiva.

If you connected Google before 27 May 2026, you need to re-connect to enable the new Calendar and Gmail scopes.

Connect your Workspace
Settings → Integrations → Google Workspace → Connect. Accept the requested scopes.

Enable the services you use
Calendar, Gmail, Meet, Sheets are independent — enable them one by one.

Configure calendar routing
Choose if absences appear in the employee's personal calendar, a shared team calendar, or both.

Orquiva only touches events we created and Sheets we generated. We do not read your personal calendar or incoming emails.

Does it work with personal @gmail.com accounts? +
SSO yes, but calendar/sheets features are designed for Google Workspace business accounts.
What if an employee deletes the calendar event? +
The approved leave in Orquiva is unaffected. The next sync recreates the event.
